- Steve Borlase Project Director for the Waiouru Peninsula Project for its 7 year project duration, commencing from completion of the Notice of Requirement and resource consent hearings. The project is a $72M joint motorway and arterial extension between Manukau City Council and Transit NZ, incorporating a large scale Business Park development, motorway interchanges, bridges and road infrastructure.This major transport project is particularly notable as it was ahead of time and to budget, closely following quality parameters. The project successfully completed in April of 2007. Also acts as the Project Manger for the Penlink Project, the first Local Government Private Public Partnership (PPP) toll road project, for a $160M toll road facility between Whangaparaoa Peninsula and SH1 at Redvale passing over the Weiti Estuary adjacent to Stillwater in Rodney District and the Project manager for infrastructure for the Auckland Regional Holdings Sea+City (Western Reclamation) Project, a multi billion dollar development that will span some 20 years prior to total completion. - Callum Wood was Acting Transport Manager for Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) for over 6 months, whilst QLDC sought a suitable permanent employee. Callum and the Projenz Team guided QLDC through the procurement of the Roading Professional Services Network Consultant as well as providing expert advice on a wide range of Transport issues in the country’s fastest growing area and most important Tourist destination.
Callum Wood specializes in the development of project teams. He was a board member and team leader of the $60M State Highway Coastal Otago contract, steering the 3 organisations involved in this unique contract and coordinating the inputs of over 50 stakeholders.
His paper on ‘creating and maintaining teams’ delivered at a national conference was quoted as “best in conference” by Mark Owen (Team Leader Asset Management, TNZ National Office). Contact.
- Dave Bennett is dedicated to Rodney District, providing the expertise to drive the Transportation aspects of the District’s Asset Management Plan and Activity Management Planning, Overall Roading Programme Management, as well as providing support for the District’s Annual Land Transport Plan preparation and lodgment to ARTA & LTNZ, in what is one of the fastest growing districts in the Auckland Region. - Lonnie Dalzell is seconded to the Roading Section of Waitaki District Council for 2 to 3 days per week , providing the support necessary for the Assets Manager - Roading, to manage the Roading Network in one of the country’s most attractive districts.
- Sarah Thomson is seconded on a full-time basis to QLDC’s General Manager Engineering Services, providing administration and management support.
- Noel Hawkins is providing a Client Representative and Project Director’s role to Rodney District Council’s (RDC) Transportation Directorate across a wide variety of projects and activities including, Road Network Management, Silverdale North Development, Matakana Township Upgrade, Walking and Cycling Strategy and Implementation, Whangaparaoa Corridor Planning and Matua Road Upgrade.
