Following the formation of Auckland Council and its Council Controlled Organisations (CCO's) in October 2010, the Projenz / Rodney District Council Infrastructure1 contracts were both transferred across to Auckland Transport, an Auckland Council CCO.
These contracts were:
C0821 Asset Management and Programming
C0823 Transport and Property Operations
Projenz continue to provide a range of essential services including: direct secondment; client representative roles; asset management and activity planning; project planning; preparation and assistance with lodgment of the Annual Land Transport Plans to NZTA, as well as a range of specific project management roles. These strategic projects include; review and advice on road network management and maintenance contracts; Penlink; Silverdale North; Matakana upgrades; annual seal extension programme's; annual resealing audits; Warkworth Corridor and Matua Road.
Projenz are focused on the unique requirements of Auckland Transport. Adjusting our service ability to meet the ever evolving demands of Central Government and the environment on limited Council resources is a challenge which we address on a daily basis.
