Waitaki District Council

Waitaki District Council (Council) have engaged Projenz on an on-going basis to deliver a diverse range of contract and project management works.  Council’s Roading and Asset Group are assisted by provision of a seconded Projenz staff member - Lonnie Dalzell - who fulfils the role of the Engineer's Representative for 2-3 days per week.

Some examples of recently completed projects for Council include:

• Tetrapod Construction Contract ($330K): investigation, design and supervision;
• Barrie Road ($300K): investigation, geotechnical assessment, survey, design, liaison and cost estimates for road realignment and reconstruction;
• Compile Urban and Rural Road Maintenance Contract Documentation ($7.6M);
• Compile new RAMM and dTims Contract Documentation: including full re-write, tendering and evaluation;

Projenz have been requested to assist Council at short notice to assist with urgent requests which often involves considerable resource for investigations, senior management advice, and designs to meet project deliverables.
