Waitaki District Council (Council) engaged Projenz to deliver a diverse range of contract and project management works.  Council’s Roading and Asset Group were assisted by provision of a seconded Projenz staff member who fulfilled the role of the Engineer's Representative for 2-3 days per week.

Some examples of completed projects for Council include:

• Tetrapod Construction Contract ($330K): investigation, design and supervision;
• Barrie Road ($300K): investigation, geotechnical assessment, survey, design, liaison and cost estimates for road realignment and reconstruction;
• Compile Urban and Rural Road Maintenance Contract Documentation ($7.6M);
• Compile new RAMM and dTims Contract Documentation: including full re-write, tendering and evaluation;

Projenz have assisted Council at short notice with urgent requests which often involved considerable resource for investigations, senior management advice, and designs to meet project deliverables.
